What is Rebel Boot Camp?

Rebel Boot Camp is an outdoor, military style fitness program designed for men and women of all fitness levels. It involves a mix of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance training. Just think Marine Corps training with a civilian twist! The class changes very regularly to improve progression and variety. Boredom isn’t a factor!

How Much Does it Cost?

Unless otherwise stated, the 8 week (16 sessions) Rebel Boot Camp course costs just €150. From the 19th June 2010 there will be an extra free class for all current bootcampers on Saturdays at 1030am in Douglas! That’s up to 3 classes per week from just €6.25 per class! The full amount is payable on the first session. No deposit or prepayment required.

 

How do you sign up?

What if you’re on holidays during the course?

No problem. If you know you have to miss a few sessions before the course starts then let me know and I can give you a discounted rate depending on how many sessions you’re going to miss. No discounts or refunds can be given for any other reason (other than extreme weather…see below).

 

What if you’re totally unfit?

You won’t be alone! The class will be geared more towards beginners and intermediates. Only do what you think you’re able to do. If you’re healthy enough to exercise you’re healthy enough to do Boot Camp!

 

What if it’s raining?

Boot Camp goes ahead regardless of most weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather (ie electrical storm) your instructor may cancel the session and refund/reschedule the session.

 

What should you wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable exercising in. A decent pair of trainers is a must. Most importantly, dress appropriately for the weather!
