Mark Keohane

Mark KeohaneMark founded Rebel Boot Camp in May 2008. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 1994 and has experience of working in both Ireland and the UK.

As a former club rower with Shandon Boat Club, his approach to training is multi disciplined and uses a variety of methods to get the job done. As well as running a number of Boot Camp classes every week, he also operates a personal training gym in Kinsale. He enjoys surfing, diving, golf and angling.

He is insured by PJT Insurance Services Ltd.

His qualifications include a BA (hons) Leisure Management, NCEF Level 2 Personal Training, ITEC Gym and Exercise to Music Instructor, NLP Practitioner, Active Associates Sports Therapist, First Aid.

Mark operates the Cork City, Kinsale and various corporate courses.

David Walshe

David WalshDavid joined the Rebel Boot Camp team in February 2010. David was a member of a Commando Special Forces military unit where he earned a green beret! He has been involved in fitness all his life.
He has had ample experience working with all fitness levels both young and old and his aim is to look after you..."trained by the best for the best you". He is fully qualified in advanced first aid..."he can put you back together"!
His greatest pleasure is working with people to get them what they want.

David has a NVQ level 2 in fitness and personal training. He is qualified in outdoor pursuits and he is a member of EREPS (The European Register of Exercise Professionals). His hobbies include running, climbing, hiking etc.

David operates the Carrigaline, Midleton, Ballincollig and various corporate courses.
