quoteI really "enjoyed" boot camp! Although I found it hard to get up and go, when I was finished I never once regretted convincing myself to go! Mark was a brilliant instructor, he easily kept us all motivated and we had a laugh at the same time! I'd definitely recommend boot camp to others, and in these times of recession it’s the way to go cost wise!unquote

quoteI joined The Rebel Boot Camp for the summer to basically get myself off the couch and get ready for the holiday season and the boot camp did just that! Once I took the first step I honestly never turned back. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and always felt challenged. I enjoyed the classes and looked forward to it. I have signed up for the winter and I know it will be great. I am not from Cork and so I found the class a great way to meet new people and get fit at the same time.unquote

quoteIt has been about 8 weeks since I joined the boot camp workout sessions and it has been the best exercise regime I have ever come across. I have never been a very motivated person when it comes to exercise, as I have found the Gym boring and aerobic classes just annoying and confusing. This exercise system keeps me motivated and makes me want to attend classes rather than finding excuses to miss them.

Before the boot camp I was always tired and sluggish. Now I have plenty energy and I can start to see my arms and legs and stomach toning up, I have also started to eat healthier within the last month and have lost about 8 pounds so far.

This is new way to go as far as exercise is concerned. There is plenty of variety every week and the class just seems to fly by.

This is definitely to be recommended as you can even see and feel the effects within the first few weeks.unquote

quoteI did the rebel bootcamp classes for 7 weeks. I found it fantastic to gain a high fitness level. The variety of the classes made them interesting and kept me motivated. I personally loved the idea of being outside and I wouldn't have had the discipline myself to keep going for an hour of such exercise, so boot camp is ideal for someone like that. The atmosphere was pleasant and fun. I thought it was excellent for both the body and mind.

I would highly recommend these classes.unquote

quoteWell what can I say about Boot Camp, other than while it is hard to do the feeling you get afterwards knowing that you have completed the workout is one of such satisfaction and delight!! Satisfied because you know that you have been through a major workout, as however nice Mark is he still pushed you to your limit, delight because you have probably done some part of the workout that before was something that you hated and you did it well!!!unquote

Many Thanks

quoteMark gave a talk on nutrition and boot camp session to the ladies attending our Girls Just Wanna Have Fun weekend in aid of Action Breast Cancer 9th - 11th October. The ladies thought it was an excellent session and really enjoyed being outdoors. They took away some very good tips from the talk on nutrition.unquote

quoteI participated for 16 weeks in 2 consecutive courses run by Rebel Boot Camp. I found them to be absolutely brilliant - all the drills were very focussed but thoroughly enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the courses were run outdoors as opposed to being confined indoors.

For me personally, I felt that the courses improved my fitness levels and toned my body, especially my stomach area which had always been problematic.

Mark, our instructor really pushed us to the maximum, while at the same time appreciating that everyone within the group were starting out at different fitness levels.

I would highly recommend Rebel Boot Camp to everyone, no matter what fitness level you are starting out with.

Unfortunately, I am no longer living in the Cork city/Kinsale area to continue the course. However, if a course commenced in my locality, I would instantly sign up.unquote

quote I feel invigorated after each class. The hours workout is never easy but it’s worth it and I’m always happy I’ve done it. All the instructors are very attentive and keep pushing you to get the most out of the class. They have different methods and it’s nice to get a change of instructor every now and then to freshen things up a little. It’s great to have a choice of class venues, times and nights so as I can fit it into my schedule if I can’t make the usual class. It’s a bonus to have the extra class on Sat morning. I think it’s great value for money and feels good to be exercising outside. unquote

quote I would highly recommend this to anyone who, like me, hates the gym!! Not only do you feel great after each workout whether rain or shine, you also get great results. I signed up to 2 ten week courses and I tried to motivate myself to work out at the gym instead of joining up the third course. A decision I now regret as I don't have the same drive, knowledge and motivation at the gym!! I'll definitely be returning!! unquote

quoteWent to bootcamp circuits in my gym! Boring, claustrophobic and I have to admit no running or anything, just more circuits! It was just going around three times for 11 mins a time! You better be coming back to Midleton. Hubby will join as well this time. Have to say you (Dave) and Mark are good at your jobs!unquote

quoteI gotta say that coming into 20 weeks of bootcamp now and i can't believe the difference in my body shape!! I have toned arms!! I officially forgive ye for the resistance bands, straight armed planks, crawl outs, burpies etc that made my arms burn! Totally worth it!! =Dunquote
